ADHD awareness month

xadhdOctober is ADHD Awareness Month. The theme for this year is “Knowing is Better.” If you (or a family member) have been diagnosed with ADHD, you’ll find lots of information online. Here are some reputable resources:

Attention Deficit Disorder Association

Children and Adults with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder

ADDitude Magazine

If you think you (or a family member) might have ADHD, this is a good time to learn more. Ask your doctor about testing and treatment. It’s better to know than to fear.
