The third week in March is Clutter Awareness Week.
While I coach people to be aware of clutter every day, here’s a reason to do something about it – observing the “holiday” by taking a look at your home and workspace.
Is there something about the space that bothers you? If it’s an easy fix, use this week to work on it.
Rather than saying “I don’t have enough space,” try looking at the volume of things you have. Let go of things you don’t use so you can enjoy the ones you value.
It doesn’t take a complete clean-out to make a difference. Focus on one drawer, one shelf, one corner, one room at a time. Whether you’ve tried to declutter before or not, now’s your chance to make a fresh start. Begin by letting go of five things.
What area will you start with?
