I was half- listening to the radio yesterday and heard someone talking about checking things off lists. I wasn’t able to hear the entire conversation, but I did hear him say something akin to putting “eat breakfast” and “get out of bed” on his list just so he could check them off.
I say, if you really want to feel productive, put “drink coffee” on your to-do list. Then, you’ll have something to check off.
