Wednesday is Stress Awareness Day, sponsored by The International Stress Management Association in the UK. The group “promotes sound knowledge and best practice in the prevention and reduction of human stress.”
While I don’t believe you can totally remove stress from your life, you can reduce it substantially. One of the greatest causes of stress is clutter and the chaos it causes.
I don’t know that we have a similar day in the US, but we could definitely use one. Those of us who live outside the UK can observe the day by becoming aware of the conditions that cause us stress.
What can you do to reduce the amount of stress you experience regularly?
