Using Apps To Keep You on Track

Melissa Bell, a writer for the Washington Post, found herself getting distracted when using her computer.
In an article, “Digital tricks to tame an Internet addiction,” Ms. Bell cites computer programs that allow you to block out time so you aren’t able to use email or any site where you find yourself spending too much time.

If you are avoiding work because you spend too much time on a shopping site or with your social network, one of the programs might help you fight procrastination.
